This research line is situated at the intersection of software engineering (SE) and socio-technical systems. We focus on the design of socio-technical ecosystems for the public and private sector, developing methods and tools that ensure that software is not only technically robust, but ethically responsible, inclusive, and a catalyst for solving complex problems in contexts of high uncertainty.
